We will assist in:
- Mediating disputes between the parties
- Drafting of all labour contracts
- Drafting of policies and disciplinary codes
- Advice on the collection of evidence and drafting of the disciplinary notice
- Advice on misconduct, retrenchments and providing a chairperson or initiator for disciplinary hearings
- Representation of parties at hearings, the CCMA and the Labour Court
